The market is estimated to be worth $4 billion by some estimates.

That’s up from $2.5 billion in 2016, according to The Yoga Journal.

Some of that growth has been fueled by the popularity of alo (alternative) yoga, a term that refers to a form of yoga practiced by a group of people in which each person stretches and does some yoga exercises, including yoga poses.

According to Yoga Journal, alo has seen a 10% jump in revenue this year.

Alo yoga is an alternative to traditional yoga practices, but it has a lot of similarities with traditional yoga, like being very easy and being less physically taxing.

But the biggest thing for alo is that it’s very comfortable.

“I’ve been practicing for 30 years, and this is the first time I’ve ever felt it.

I’ve never felt it in a yoga class before,” said Amy Mettl, a San Francisco-based alo practitioner.

She was among a group at a Yoga Journal panel discussion this week that discussed how to make alo a reality.

“The reason why alo works is because you have to feel that this is something that will work for you, so you don’t have to worry about the pain,” Mettm said.

Mettd said that she prefers to do alo because she likes to focus on breathing, not on the movements of the body.

“You can actually relax your body a lot more, because it’s not about the yoga, it’s about breathing,” Metta said.

A lot of people say that they have a lot to learn in alo, but that’s not necessarily true, said Amy J. Anderson, the founder of the New York-based Yoga Journal and a panelist on the panel.

Anderson said that the yoga world is “really a little fragmented right now,” because there are so many different styles of yoga.

So while alo might be great for some people, it could also be a bad thing for some.

Yoga studios, which have been struggling to maintain their membership numbers in the years following the yoga boom, have been trying to find ways to attract a new audience, Anderson said.

And alo’s popularity could be good for the industry if it creates a buzz that makes it easy for people to come in.

“A lot of us are kind of worried about the people who come in and are like, ‘I need to do this now,’ because we’re not having this conversation,” Anderson said, adding that the focus on alo could help those people “get their act together.”

But the big question for many of these alo practitioners is: Will alo become more mainstream?

In some ways, the answer is yes.

Aloe yoga is popular with people of all ages, and it’s a relatively safe form of exercise, so the question is whether it’ll become more popular as a whole.

“What you see is that alo can be really good for people who are really looking for something more,” said R. Jay Gupta, a professor at the University of California, Santa Cruz.

He told me that aloe yoga has a low risk of injury, and alo poses are very flexible.

But he cautioned that people should talk to their health care providers before starting alo.

“People who start alo are going to need to really know how to handle their bodies, so I think that’s a good thing to talk to your health care provider,” Gupta said.

In fact, Gupta suggested that people who’re considering alo do it in the first place for one of two reasons: “one, they might want to do it for the purpose of socializing with their friends or family; or, two, it might be because they feel that they are at risk for injury from being too comfortable with their body.”

If you’ve been doing alos for a while, you probably already know the benefits, Gupta said, and that’s fine.

But if you’ve never done it, or if you’re new to it, Gupta advises talking to your doctor.

“They are going be able to tell you how to do them safely and how to prevent injuries.”

There’s also a misconception that aloes pose are difficult to do properly, Gupta told me.

“There’s an idea that there are three major movements in the body, and they’re the back, the chest, and the shoulders,” Gupta explained.

“But it’s actually three different movements.”

And it’s important to note that some of the poses are not exactly the same.
