So when I decided to experiment with a new pose called “yoga float,” I knew I was on to something.
Yoga floats are the most popular yoga poses, so if you’ve never tried one, it’s worth trying!
The idea is simple: take a few poses of yoga and make them a float.
You might even want to use your own yoga pose to create your float.
If you’re new to yoga, I highly recommend that you read through the article on the yoga bridge pose article I wrote in May 2017 for my first ever book.
It’s a great read for anyone new to the practice.
But if you’re a seasoned yogi who’s spent years learning a new movement or have a favorite pose, I’m going to walk you through my favorite yoga poses in the most efficient way possible.
The best way to start is by following the steps below:Step 1: Find your favorite yoga poseStep 2: Make your float using your favorite pose(s) (yoga poses are different depending on which pose you choose)Step 3: Create your floatStep 4: Put it on the floorStep 5: RelaxStep 6: RepeatStep 7: Finish your float(s)!
It’s the best way I’ve found to recreate some of my favorite poses in my own home!
