It was no accident that the photo posted on Instagram of the yoga instructor in New York wearing a zegami robe and a white robe and carrying a long stick in one hand, and a pair of scissors in the other, was one of the top-ten most shared posts on the site, according to analytics company StatCounter.
And it was a very, very popular post.
Yoga, which is rooted in the ancient Hindu tradition of yoga, is popular for many reasons.
The practice is an antidote to stress and anxiety, and it’s been shown to help with anxiety and depression.
People who practice yoga say that yoga is an alternative to meditating, a way to relax and let go of all the thoughts and emotions that have accumulated in the mind during a day.
It can also be used as a tool to help manage stress.
A growing number of yoga studios and online classes are offering classes to help people get back to normal, as well as to encourage healthy eating.
